My son is 2 and for the past year had problems inside with eczema in the elbow. The doctor said only hydrate gave me some hydro cortical zone strong if you keep on calling. Still swollen when I use three times a day. What can I do for him, crying poor child walks around the house and you scratch my arms tired once put nails in their arms. Please suggestions. I tried lotion and oral benydryl.
