I have a commercial oven, but every attempt ends do not burn, take the flavor of the marinade and the chicken at all.

I also have a barbecue and much more "direct heat" of the furnace. I just used a massage in me - I think that burn oil in most marinades too fast. Try mixing a dried herbs and spices and see if the problem - it is also good if a few slip under your skin!
Stubbs makes a great marinade for chicken .... Let's sit down and handful of hours. Stubbs in most supermarkets can be found.
How long did you let the chicken marinade. Normally, I do give myself 24 hours to make it well-seasoned.
