My baby seems to have a rash on her cheeks ... There are bumps and his skin is slightly red and discovered in the region. Their skin is tough at these places, but can not really tell if you are not close. What could that be?

It really sounds like eczema, but you take him to the doctor for a diagnosis. This could also indicate an allergy.
If this is not overheating, which could be eztema. Take him to the hospital and ask you to do something about it but made.
