Why has my tax refund message changed on the IRS site? - provide site message for toad
In the last two weeks of CR page gave me a provisional date for the filing of 2/17/09, but the message of the day has changed:
Unfortunately we can not any information about your refund.
It may take up to 3 weeks to process your return. Please wait at least a week before you re-login to check the status of your refund.
any idea why?

Do not worry ... WMR, when I saw that I checked. I called the IRS and learned that my date was amended 2/20/09 DD 2/24/09. Perhaps they are only updates the system.
Continue to change, I mean really frustrating! I need the money and it can not get. I wish someone would do something to help the ordinary citizen!

They are continuously updated CR page and many people use to verify their status. I want to see on Thursday
